Quantum wins APEX’95 award

From almost 3,600 entries, Communications Concepts, Inc., recently selected Quantum (and 14 other publications) to receive APEX’95 Awards for Publications Excellence in the category of Subscription Magazines and Journals. The awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content, and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.
